This athletic yearling colt is bred to be an international eventer. He is strong and correct with bold, eye-catching paces. His sire, Kirby Park Irish Friday, is a young horse already showing that he has eventing potential.
Horoscope has international four-star eventing blood on both his sire and dam sides plus a double cross of Souvenir blood. His grandsire, Kirby Park Irish Jordan, is a full brother to Olympic silver medallist Kirby Park Irish Jester, one of the most successful eventers of recent times. The brother of Kirby Park Irish Friday’s dam is successful four-star eventer Riverside Othello, who went on to be an FEI dressage
horse!
On Horoscope’s dam line is Gwaihir’s Zodiac, who was successfully evented by Guy Wallace, Heath Ryan and Boyd Martin. Gwaihir’s Zodiac is by Zadkine, who was imported by Olympian Laurie Morgan to be the sire of performance horses. Gwaihir’s Zodiac is the sire of Haruzac (Chris Burton) who was an Olympic nominee for London 2012. He has had a very scuccessful European campaign including winning Gatcombe and Saumur three-star event. Horoscope’s dam, Pashiac, was bred by Heath Ryan.
